Cardinals pitcher Randy Choate (2-2) needed only four pitches to pick up the win Saturday afternoon against the Cubs at Wrigley Field.
Choate struck out Anthony Rizzo swinging to end the sixth inning. The Cardinals erupted for four runs in the following frame to give him the win. Choate owns a 4.62 ERA and a 1.07 WHIP over 25 1/3 innings of relief.
