Rehab notes from around the league:
- The best case scenario for Blue Jays starter Brandon Morrow appears to be a mid-August return, Barry Davis of Sportsnet reported Friday. Morrow suffered a strained oblique on June 11, but he still leads the league with three shutouts.
- Pirates outfielder Alex Presley is expected to begin a three-day rehab stint with Triple-A Indianapolis on Saturday, Rob Biertempfel of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported Friday. Presley is expected to come off the DL on Tuesday.
- Indians reliever Rafael Perez will make his first rehab appearance on Saturday since suffering a left lat on April 26, the Indians tweeted.
