White Sox pitcher Scott Carroll is expected to start Tuesday against the Royals, as the hamstring and back issues that forced him out of his last start are no longer an issue.
Carroll has a 4.19 ERA in 68 2/3 innings this season, and has allowed no runs in 11 2/3 innings over his last two starts.
