Spring training is a few weeks old now, so players are starting to get a little antsy waiting for the regular season to start. They're looking for ways to have fun and pass the time, which leads to interesting in-game interviews.
Earlier this week we saw Josh Collmenter's body and Trevor Cahill's arms conduct an interview, and, on Wednesday, Nationals left-hander Gio Gonzalez said "right meow" instead of "right now" 10 times while taking questions. Check it out:
Rumor has it teammate Max Scherzer put Gonzalez up to it, but that is unconfirmed. Either way, Gio delivered. And props to MASN's Dan Kolko for keeping it professional.
