"Let's go Brewers" chants
Pretty lackluster effort from Rays fans in the area. Brewers fans have taken this place over.

Major League Baseball could crown its 2026 World Series champion on Tuesday night. Up 3-0 in the series, the Milwaukee Brewers look to sweep the Tampa Bay Rays and secure the first title in franchise history.
After some back-and-forth runs, both offenses went silent after the fifth inning and the game is now deep into extras as the bullpens do yeoman's work to keep their respective teams alive.
Games 1 and 2 were tight affairs by the two best teams in their respective leagues, but Game 3 was a blowout as the Milwaukee offense exploded and the Rays hitters remained stifled. Now, the Brewers are one win away from a ring.

Pretty lackluster effort from Rays fans in the area. Brewers fans have taken this place over.
It's 3-2 thanks to a Cooper Pratt solo shot in the 12th:
The Rays got a runner to second base with two outs in the 11th, but Jonathan Aranda flew out to right-center to end the inning. Let's not do the "18 innings in the World Series" thing again. That's only allowed at Dodger Stadium.
It looks like Ian Seymour is coming in for the Rays. Pratt, Mitchell and Ortiz for the Brewers.
Wow, that came outta nowhere, seemingly. Ashby got an out and was set to face the nine-hole hitter, but he's being pulled for Senzatela.
Antonio Senzatela and Shane Drohan are up for the Brewers. Aaron Ashby has thrown 31 pitches.
Pitch com malfunctions should be a pitch clock violation. Get your tech together.
Cam Booser had a mound issue and also threw four balls without a strike.
I neglected to mention him as one of the rec-spec pitchers.
He had been good for a bit but was then torched in the Brewers' huge fifth inning in Game 3.
There hasn't been a runner to reach second base since Hamilton's homer.
It is still 2-2. There hasn't been a run since David Hamilton's home run in the fifth inning.
It's a proud guild: Aaron Ashby, Jesse Chavez, Vance Worley, surely others I'm forgetting. Cherish these men.
It appears Pat Murphy is going to let Aaron Ashby pitch for a while.
The Rays still have to deal with Aaron Ashby, so the assumption here is we'll have an 11th inning.
No extra-innings ghost runner in October even though it's the spookiest month 👻
During the regular season in Major League Baseball, they use an automatic runner at second base every half-inning when the game goes into extra innings. This rule has been in force since the COVID-abbreviated 2020 season and was made permanent in 2023. In the postseason, however, there is no automatic runner. It's just a standard inning with the bases clean at the start of each half inning. The automatic runner rule is in place during the regular season so as to prevent lengthy games and reduce wear and tear on players during the midst of the 162-game haul. In the playoffs, though, the emphasis is on the "purity" of the outcome, so extra-inning games play out as they did prior to 2020.
All of this is to say that, no, the Brewers and Rays will not have the automatic runner at their disposal in the 10th inning and beyond.
Ashby gets the 1-2-3.
I was wrong. Ashby is coming now. Megill is done after striking out the only batter he faced.
The Rays are in a good spot in the order with Jonathan Aranda, Junior Caminero and Liam Hicks. I assume Trevor Megill starts the inning and is removed after Caminero in favor of Aaron Ashby.
If the Rays survive ...
That'll be overturned on review. He's out.
Pratt steals second.
Cooper Pratt's third hit of the game puts the potential World Series-winning run at first base. I would think he's running soon.
Cooper Pratt singles with one out. He's had a nice night.
The last time a team had a walk-off win while facing elimination in the World Series? David Freese in 2011.
If the Rays are going to force a Game 5, it will be via walk-off. It's 2-2 going to the top of the ninth inning. Shaping up for a fun ending no matter the outcome.
