Michael Baron@michaelgbaron4H agoDiaz's AAV from the #Mets on his 5/102 deal was $20.4 million. His AAV from the Dodgers is $23 million. So basically, this came down to one extra year, and 9 extra million in AAV over three years for the best closer in baseball. Think about that for a second.
