Gurriel went 3-for-5 with three RBI in Saturday's 7-6 extra-innings win over the Cubs. This was Gurriel's second three-RBI game in a row. It's also his fifth multi-hit game in September, a month in which he's gone 18-for-56 (.321), a strong performance to keep Arizona in the playoff race. Gurriel went 2-for-5 with a home run and two RBI in Wednesday's 12-5 win over Colorado. Gurriel finished off the scoring with a solo home run in the eighth inning. Gurriel missed Thursday's game with a bruised left hip but looked 100 percent in his return, and his double was the only extra-base hit for Arizona in Friday's contest.
