  • 76ers' Andre Drummond: Will play and start Tuesday

Drummond (toe) is available for Tuesday's game against the Nuggets. Drummond is good to go for the 76ers to handle the starting center gig in the absence of Joel Embiid (foot) on Tuesday. Over 15 games as a starter this season, Drummond has averaged 9.7 rebounds, 8.1 points and 1.6 steals.

  • 76ers' Andre Drummond: Questionable for Tuesday

Drummond (toe) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Nuggets. Drummond is iffy to play Tuesday due to left toe injury recovery, so it doesn't sound like a serious issue. Guerschon Yabusele (knee) would see extended run at center if he's active for the 76ers and if Drummond sits out against Denver, considering Joel Embiid (foot) won't be available.

  • 76ers' Andre Drummond: Won't play Sunday

Drummond (toe) won't play Sunday against the Bucks. Drummond returned from a six-game absence due to a sprained left toe in Saturday's 115-102 loss to the Pacers, starting at center while finishing with eight points (4-8 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 0-1 FT), three rebounds and one steal across 26 minutes. Though he seemingly avoided any setbacks coming out of the contest, the 76ers will hold Drummond out for maintenance purposes in the second leg of this back-to-back. Guerschon Yabusele (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday, but he would likely start at center in place of Drummond if cleared to play. If Yabusele is out, however, rookie Adem Bona would likely be the next man up to start.

  • 76ers' Andre Drummond: Underwhelms in starting role

Drummond (toe) tallied eight points (4-8 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 0-1 FT), three rebounds and one steal across 26 minutes Saturday in the 76ers' 115-102 loss to the Pacers. Drummond made his return after missing the 76ers' previous six games due to a sprained left toe. Though he's typically held a minor role in the Philadelphia rotation when the team is at close to full strength, Drummond was thrust into the starting five and handled a relatively hefty workload while the 76ers were without Joel Embiid (knee) and Guerschon Yabusele (knee). While Embiid's return looks to be further out, Yabusele could be back in action for Sunday's game in Milwaukee, which could result in fewer minutes for Drummond regardless of whether he remains in the starting five or not.

Drummond (toe) has been listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Pacers. Drummond has missed the last six games due to his toe injury. Drummond (toe) will remain out for Tuesday's game against the Thunder, but he's considered day-to-day after resuming on-court work, Ky Carlin of USA Today reports. Drummond will miss his fifth straight game with a left toe sprain, but he could be trending toward returning to the floor sooner rather than later. In the 26 games he's played this season, the veteran big man has averaged 7.0 points, 7.9 rebounds and 1.2 steals in 18.9 minutes per contest.

Drummond will sit out for a fifth straight game Tuesday due to a left toe sprain, and his next chance to return arrives during the second leg of Philadelphia's back-to-back Wednesday against the Knicks. With Joel Embiid (foot) also ruled out against Oklahoma City, Guerschon Yabusele should continue to start at center for the 76ers and carry plenty of streaming value in fantasy leagues. Across 16 games as a starter, Yabusele is averaging 10.1 points, 6.4 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 0.7 steals, 0.6 blocks and 1.4 threes in 30.2 minutes.

  • 76ers' Andre Drummond: Unlikely to play Wednesday

Drummond (toe) is unlikely to play in Wednesday's game against the Wizards, Adam Aaronson of PhillyVoice.com reports. Head coach Nick Nurse doesn't believe it's "too likely" Drummond will play due to a toe injury Wednesday, setting up Guerschon Yabusele for plenty of playing time at center in the absence of Joel Embiid (foot). Drummond's status should be confirmed closer to tip-off.

With Joel Embiid (foot) sitting out for the front end of a back-to-back set, Drummond saw a bump in playing time, though fill-in starting center Guerschon Yabusele (30 minutes) was prioritized ahead of him. Assuming Embiid is back in action for Thursday's matchup with Golden State, Drummond will likely see a reduction in minutes.
