  • Terrance Ferguson: Plays 10 minutes in return

Ferguson (personal) managed zero points (0-3 FG, 0-3 3Pt), an assist and a block across 10 minutes in Friday's 110-100 victory over the Stockton Kings. Ferguson struggled with his shooting Friday as he returned after missing a game for personal reasons. He's shooting 14.3 percent from deep this season, yet he's taking 2.3 three-pointers across 19 minutes per game for the Vipers.

  • Terrance Ferguson: Signs G League contract

Ferguson signed a G League contract with the Rio Grande Vipers on Tuesday, NBA writer Marc Stein reports. Ferguson was waived by the Knicks in March and ended up heading to Greece to continue his career. However, with COVID-19 decimating rosters around the league, he has a shot at returning to the NBA. The 2017 first-round pick by the Thunder averaged 4.5 points and 1.3 rebounds in 19.6 minutes per game over 204 appearances (124 starts) across the past four seasons.

  • Terrance Ferguson: Gets opportunity in Greece

Ferguson agreed to a contract Monday with Greek club Lavrio B.C., Christos Tsaltas of SNDA.gr reports. After being waived by the Knicks in March, Ferguson wasn't able to find an opportunity with an NBA team for this season. He'll now head overseas in hopes of reviving his career and potentially making a return to the NBA down the road. A 2017 first-round pick by the Thunder, Ferguson averaged 4.5 points and 1.3 rebounds in 19.6 minutes per game over 204 appearances (124 starts) across the past four seasons.

  • Terrance Ferguson: Cut loose by Knicks

Ferguson was waived by the Knicks on Sunday. The Knicks acquired Ferguson from Philadelphia at the deadline but never intended to keep the athletic wing around long-term. Ferguson saw action in 13 contests for the Sixers, logging two points, one rebound, two assists and a steal in 49 total minutes. Assuming he clears waivers, Ferguson will become an unrestricted free agent.

  • Knicks' Terrance Ferguson: Joins Knicks in three-team deal

The Knicks acquired Ferguson on Thursday as part of a three-team trade involving the 76ers and Thunder, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports. Philadelphia will receive George Hill (thumb) and Ignas Brazdeikis in the trade, while Oklahoma City will acquire Tony Bradley, Austin Rivers and 2025 and 2026 second-round picks. From New York's perspective, the deal is essentially a swap of Ferguson for Rivers -- who hasn't been part of the rotation in recent weeks -- and Brazdeikis, a developmental prospect who has scarcely seen the court through two NBA seasons. Ferguson likely won't have much clearer of a path to the rotation than Rivers and Brazdeikis did, as RJ Barrett, Reggie Bullock (ankle), Alec Burks, Immanuel Quickley, Derrick Rose, Elfrid Payton and Frank Ntilikina will likely all rank ahead of Ferguson in the pecking order at either guard or small forward. Since being drafted by the Thunder in the first round of the 2017 NBA Draft, Ferguson has been highly unproductive from a fantasy standpoint, averaging 4.5 points, 1.3 rebounds and 0.7 assists in 19.6 minutes per game over 204 career appearances.

  • 76ers' Terrance Ferguson: Left out of rotation in return

Ferguson was active for Tuesday's 119-111 win over the Kings, but he didn't see the court in a coach's decision. Ferguson had missed the 76ers' previous five games while waiting to clear the NBA's health and safety protocols for COVID-19. Though he was good to go Tuesday, he remained outside of head coach Doc Rivers' rotation, which has been the case for much of the season.

  • 76ers' Terrance Ferguson: Makes first appearance since Jan. 4

Ferguson (COVID-19 health and safety protocols) played three minutes in Thursday's 125-108 win over the Heat, recording a turnover and no other statistics. Ferguson was available to play for the first time in four games after he left the team to tend to a personal matter before being forced to quarantine in what was likely a precautionary measure. The fourth-year wing didn't see the court until the final 2:34 of the blowout win, a clear indication that Ferguson won't be a part of head coach Doc Rivers' regular rotation.
