Knicks' OG Anunoby: Fills stat sheet Tuesday
Anunoby delivered 13 points (5-15 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks across 36 minutes in Tuesday's 111-97 win over the Pistons.
Anunoby struggled with his shot and made just 33.3 percent of his field goals, but he compensated for that with strong contributions in other categories -- not only did he have four combined steals-plus-blocks but also notched at least two tallies in each of the five major categories. Anunoby's defensive production and multi-category contributions provide a useful fantasy foundation even when his perimeter shooting is inconsistent.

Knicks' OG Anunoby: Efficient 22-point outing
Anunoby amassed 22 points (6-11 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 7-9 FT), three rebounds and two assists over 35 minutes during Sunday's 111-102 loss to the Magic.
Anunoby turned in an efficient offensive performance, matching Karl-Anthony Towns for second on the team in scoring while converting half of his six three-point attempts. He scored 10 points in the fourth quarter as New York attempted to hold off Orlando's comeback, but his lack of defensive statistics limited his overall fantasy production.

Knicks' OG Anunoby: Flirts with triple-double
Anunoby finished with 20 points (5-11 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 8-10 FT), 10 rebounds, eight assists and three turnovers across 34 minutes in Friday's 107-103 loss to the Celtics.
This was a nice bounce-back performance from Anunoby, who was held to 10 points on 3-for-12 shooting in the Knicks' season-opening loss to the 76ers, but New York still came up short. The Knicks will look to right the ship in Sunday's meeting with the Magic.

Knicks' OG Anunoby: Signs of rust in season opener
Anunoby finished with 10 points (3-12 FG, 1-9 3Pt, 3-3 FT), five rebounds, one block and one steal across 32 minutes during Tuesday's 106-100 loss to the 76ers.
While Anunoby did manage to score in double digits, he looked to be a bit rusty shooting the ball in his season debut. The forward has shot at least 47 percent from the field and 37 percent from beyond the arc in four consecutive seasons, so Anunoby should find a rhythm before long.

Knicks' OG Anunoby: In line to play Thursday
Anunoby (rest) is set to play in Thursday's preseason game against the Raptors, James L. Edwards III of The Athletic reports.
Thursday's exhibition represents a tune-up opportunity for the Knicks' starters. Anunoby could see close to a normal workload as a result.

Knicks' OG Anunoby: Solid showing Monday, won't play Tuesday
Anunoby totaled 15 points (4-8 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 6-6 FT), three steals, two rebounds and one assist over 22 minutes in Monday's 122-104 preseason loss to Minnesota. He won't play Tuesday against Toronto for rest purposes, Stefan Bondy of The New York Post reports.
Anunoby put forth a solid scoring effort, fueled by perfection at the charity stripe, while also matching a game high with three steals in the loss. The veteran wing has scored in double figures in each of his three preseason appearances, but he'll be inactive for the second half of the back-to-back set Tuesday at Toronto. Anunoby's next chance to suit up will come Thursday, also against the Raptors.

Knicks' OG Anunoby: Solid effort in preseason loss
Anunoby recorded 10 points (3-6 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 4-5 FT), five rebounds, an assist, a steal and a block across 19 minutes in Thursday's 111-109 preseason loss to the Wizards.
Anunoby delivered a balanced performance during his limited playing time and made his presence felt on both ends of the court. Scoring numbers aside, as he was one of three starters to hit double-digit points, Anunoby collected two offensive rebounds and added a steal and a block, demonstrating the defensive versatility that makes him an important part of New York's starting lineup. He's expected to see limited playing time in the rest of the preseason, but his role as the Knicks' starting small forward ahead of the new season is set in stone.

Knicks' OG Anunoby: Nets 12 points with six boards
Anunoby contributed 12 points (3-7 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 6-6 FT) and six rebounds over 14 minutes in Monday's 120-97 preseason loss to the 76ers.
The Knicks' starters were only available for the first half of Monday's exhibition, but Anunoby looked good in his limited floor time, and his six boards were a team high. Anunoby was a third-round producer last season with averages of 16.7 points, 5.2 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 2.3 triples, 1.6 steals and 0.7 blocks per contest, and he should see similar production as he enters his age-29 season.
