Bucks' Gary Trent: Joins Milwaukee on one-year deal
Rotowire
Trent and the Bucks agreed to a one-year deal Tuesday, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports.
Terms of the deal have yet to be reported, but given Milwaukee's cap situation, Trent likely agreed to this deal for a massive discount as he pursues a championship with the Bucks. Milwaukee's roster was in desperate need of some backcourt depth and perimeter shooting, and it's likely that Trent will play a key role for this team. Still only 25 years old, Trent holds career regular-season averages of 14.3 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 1.1 steals and 2.5 three-pointers.

Rotowire
Trent racked up 18 points (6-14 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 3-3 FT), four rebounds and one assist across 23 minutes during Sunday's 118-103 loss to the Heat.
Trent was one of the few Toronto veterans who didn't get traded before the deadline. He was a regular starter during the final months of the campaign, and more often than not, he was a consistent source of scoring for a depleted Raptors team. Trent finishes the regular season having scored 20 or more points in only 13 games, and his scoring average was his lowest of his last four seasons in The Association.
