  • Trail Blazers' Sidy Cissoko: Records season highs in win

Cissoko closed with seven points (3-7 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four assists, two rebounds, one block and one steal over 29 minutes during Sunday's 109-81 victory over the Lakers. Cissoko recorded season-high marks in points and minutes during the regular-season finale. The 21-year-old had a rollercoaster season, being traded twice before eventually being waived and signing a two-year, two-way contract with Portland. Cissoko appeared in 22 regular-season games between Portland and San Antonio this season, averaging 1.5 points, 1.0 rebounds and 0.7 assists across 5.2 minutes per contest.

  • Trail Blazers' Sidy Cissoko: Cracks rotation Friday

Cissoko (ankle) finished with three points (1-5 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), eight rebounds and five assists in 25 minutes Friday in the Trail Blazers' 103-86 loss to the Warriors. He also turned the ball over six times. Cissoko has recently been managing a left ankle sprain that has kept him from playing at the NBA level and in the G League since March 15. Still, he was included in the rotation Friday on a night in which the Trail Blazers held out eight players due to injury. Portland will likely prioritize draft lottery positioning above all else in its season finale Sunday against the Lakers, so expect bottom-of-the-roster players like Cissoko to see healthy workloads once again. Based on his performance Friday, however, Cissoko is difficult to trust as a streaming option.

  • Trail Blazers' Sidy Cissoko: Available Sunday

Cissoko (ankle) is available for Sunday's game against the Spurs, Danny Marang of 1080 The Fan Portland reports. Cissoko hasn't played for the Trail Blazers since March 7, though he'll shake off a questionable tag Sunday due to a sprained left ankle. The two-way player isn't likely to carve out a significant role in the Portland rotation during the last four outings of the regular season.

  • Trail Blazers' Sidy Cissoko: Unlikely to play Friday

Cissoko (ankle) is listed as doubtful for Friday's game versus the Bulls. Cissoko hasn't played since March 15 due to a left ankle sprain. However, Cissoko has received inconsistent playing time this season for the Trail Blazers, even when available.

  • Trail Blazers' Sidy Cissoko: Inks two-way deal with Portland

Cissoko has reportedly signed a two-way contract with the Trail Blazers, Shams Charania of ESPN reports. Cissoko was recently traded to the Kings in the blockbuster deal involving De'Aaron Fox landing with the Spurs. The 20-year-old was then rerouted to the Wizards and waived. He'll now join the Trail Blazers on a two-way deal. He averaged 1.3 points in 3.2 minutes in 17 games for San Antonio.

  • Wizards' Sidy Cissoko: Traded to Washington

The Kings traded Cissoko and two second-round picks to the Wizards in exchange for Jonas Valanciunas on Wednesday, ESPN's Shams Charania reports. Cissoko was acquired by the Kings from San Antonio on Sunday in a three-team trade that sent De'Aaron Fox to San Antonio and Zach LaVine to Sacramento, and now he's been flipped to Washington. The 44th pick in the 2023 NBA Draft, Cissoko lands in a pretty decent spot, as he could have a chance to earn some rotation minutes on the rebuilding Wizards. Through two seasons, Cissoko has just 29 NBA appearances under his belt.

  • Kings' Sidy Cissoko: Off injury report for Wednesday

Cissoko (recently traded) is not on the injury report for Wednesday's game against the Magic. The 20-year-old swingman was acquired by the Kings on Sunday in a three-team trade that sent De'Aaron Fox to San Antonio and Zach LaVine (personal) to Sacramento. LaVine and Cissoko are both off the injury report and should be available to make their debuts for the Kings on Wednesday. The second-year pro received the majority of his playing time with the Spurs in the G League and is unlikely to play significant minutes with the Kings.

  • Kings' Sidy Cissoko: Dealt to Sacramento

The Kings acquired Cissoko, guard Zach LaVine (personal), first-round picks in 2025, 2027 and 2031 and three second-round picks Sunday in a three-team trade also involving the Bulls and Spurs, Shams Charania of ESPN reports. The Bulls will receive center Zach Collins, guards Tre Jones and Kevin Huerter and a 2025 first-round pick in the deal, while guards De'Aaron Fox and Jordan McLaughlin will head to San Antonio. A second-year wing, Cissoko had been a member of the Spurs' 15-man roster but logged just 54 total minutes over his 17 appearances with the parent club and had instead seen the majority of his playing time in the G League. Cissoko's outlook for playing time is unlikely to change dramatically with Sacramento, as he'll likely be in line to see most of his minutes with the Stockton Kings.

  • Spurs' Sidy Cissoko: Available against Milwaukee

Cissoko (concussion) has been cleared to play in Friday's game against the Bucks. After missing Wednesday's loss to the Clippers due to a concussion, Cissoko will return to the floor Friday for the Spurs. The former second-round pick has played in 16 games for San Antonio this season and has made little impact in 3.2 minutes per game, averaging 1.4 points per contest, which means he doesn't have much fantasy value.

  • Spurs' Sidy Cissoko: Questionable for Friday

Cissoko (concussion) is questionable for Friday's game against the Bucks, Michael C. Wright of ESPN.com reports. Cissoko is in jeopardy of missing his second consecutive contest while in the league's concussion protocol. The 20-year-old has received little playing time at the NBA level, and his potential absence shouldn't cause any waves in the rotation.

  • Spurs' Sidy Cissoko: Won't suit up Wednesday

Cissoko has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Clippers after entering the NBA's concussion protocol. Cissoko played just two minutes in the Spurs' most recent game this past Saturday against the Pacers in France, but he may have taken a hit to the head at some point during his brief time on the court. His absence shouldn't open up any extra minutes for other players, as Cissoko hasn't been featured in the San Antonio rotation this season.

The Spurs assigned Cissoko to the G League's Austin Spurs on Friday Cissoko hasn't made an NBA appearance since Dec. 31. However, the 20-year-old forward should continue to receive increased playing time while in the G League.

  • Spurs' Sidy Cissoko: Rejoins parent club

The Spurs recalled Cissoko from the G League's Austin Spurs on Thursday. The 20-year-old is unlikely to receive significant playing time while he's up with San Antonio, as he has yet to play double-digit minutes in any of his 13 appearances at the NBA level this season.

  • Spurs' Sidy Cissoko: Listed on Spurs' roster

Cissoko (undisclosed) is listed on the Spurs' roster ahead of training camp for the 2024-25 season. Cissoko made 12 regular-season appearances as a rookie, averaging 3.9 points and 1.9 rebounds in 11.8 minutes per game. His chances of competing for a role in the rotation in 2024-25 are slim, but if he doesn't crack the roster, he should have a prominent role for the Austin Spurs in the G League.

  • Spurs' Sidy Cissoko: Not on Sunday's active roster

Cissoko isn't listed on the active roster for Sunday's Summer League finale against the Raptors for an undisclosed reason, Paul Garcia of ProjectSpurs.com reports. It's unclear why Cissoko was left off the active roster for Sunday, but it appears his Summer League action is done for this year. Over four appearances in the Las Vegas Summer League, he averaged 7.3 points and 4.5 rebounds in 28.0 minutes per game.

  • Spurs' Sidy Cissoko: Ready for SL after minor surgery

Cissoko underwent a minor knee surgery following the 2023-24 campaign but is expected to play for the Spurs during Summer League action, Jeff Garcia of KENS 5 San Antonio reports. Cissoko dealt with a lingering knee issue for most of last season, so the surgery should have him feeling better ahead of 2024-25. The 2023 second-round pick out of France made 12 NBA appearances as a rookie, averaging 3.9 points and 1.9 rebounds in 11.8 minutes per game.
