  • Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Staying with OKC on five-year pact

Dort (shoulder) and the Thunder agreed Thursday to a five-year, $87.5 million contract, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports. Dort has been one of the Thunder's best development stories. He went undrafted in 2019 and started off on a two-way deal with OKC in July of 2019. Last season, he saw 32.6 minutes per game and averaged 17.2 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.7 assists. He's 23 years old, so he fits on the team's rebuilding timeline. Fantasy managers should expect Dort to continue starting, but it's possible his usage actually starts to decline as the roster continues to fill out.

  • Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Back to 100 percent in 2-3 months

Dort (shoulder) said Tuesday that his rehab is going well, and he'll be back to 100 percent in two or three months, Rylan Stiles of BricktownBuckets.com reports. Dort underwent successful surgery to repair a torn labrum in his left shoulder at the beginning of March, which ended his 2021-22 campaign. The 22-year-old averaged 17.2 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 32.6 minutes per game across 51 appearances. Given the two-to-three month timeline, Dort shouldn't have any limitations heading into the 2022-23 season, which is the final year of his three-year deal with Oklahoma City.

  • Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Undergoes surgery, out for season

Dort underwent successful surgery to repair a torn labrum in his left shoulder Tuesday and will miss the rest of the 2021-22 season, Andrew Schlecht of The Athletic reports. Dort has been sidelined the past eight games by the injury and will now be unavailable for the final month of the season. The 22-year-old finishes the campaign with averages of 17.2 points, 4.2 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 0.9 steals in 32.6 minutes over 51 games, and he's expected to be fully recovered for the start of the 2022-23 season. Tre Mann, Aaron Wiggins and Aleksej Pokusevski should continue seeing increased run down the stretch for the Thunder.

  • Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Sitting out again Tuesday

Dort (shoulder) is listed as out for Tuesday's game against the Bucks, Joe Mussatto of The Oklahoman reports. Dort's strained left shoulder will keep him sidelined for a ninth consecutive game. The Thunder haven't offered much of a concrete update regarding where exactly Dort stands in his recovery from the injury, so he's a good bet to miss additional time beyond Tuesday.

Dort (shoulder) is out Friday against the Timberwolves. Dort last played Feb. 12. It's not clear when he'll be back, but the Thunder are listing him day-to-day with the left shoulder strain. • Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Will miss sixth straight game

Dort (shoulder) is listed as out for Wednesday's game against Denver. This will be the sixth straight absence for Dort, who's still battling a strained left shoulder. At this point in the season, it's all about draft positioning for OKC, so don't expect the team to push Dort to return until he's back to 100 percent.

  • Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Won't play Monday

Dort (shoulder) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Kings, Jason Anderson of The Sacramento Bee reports. • Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Remains out Friday

Dort (shoulder) has been ruled out for Friday's contest against the Pacers. A strained left shoulder sidelined Dort for the final two games before the All-Star break, and he will now miss back-to-back games following the week off. Ty Jerome (hip) and Kenrich Williams (knee) also remain out, so the Thunder will both shorthanded once again. Expect Tre Mann, Aaron Wiggins and Aleksej Pokusevski to have increased roles Friday.

  • Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Still out after break

Dort (shoulder) is out for Thursday's game against the Suns, Joe Mussatto of The Oklahoman reports. A strained left shoulder sidelined Dort for the final two games before the All-Star break, and the time off wasn't enough for him to heal and get back on the court. Tre Mann, Aaron Wiggins, Aleksej Pokusevski and Theo Maledon remain candidates to see increased roles.

  • Thunder's Luguentz Dort: Out with strained shoulder

Dort will not play in Monday's game against the Knicks due to a strained left shoulder. Dort apparently picked up the injury during Saturday's loss to the Bulls, which he finished with 31 points, two rebounds, one assist and one steal in 38 minutes of action. The perpetually tanking Thunder may just be exercising caution ahead of the All-Star break, so fantasy managers should not be shocked if Dort's status is in jeopardy for Wednesday's game against the Spurs, as well.
