  • Hawks' Seth Lundy: Signs two-way pact with Hawks

The Hawks signed Lundy (ankle) to a two-way contract Tuesday, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports. Lundy will return to the Hawks on a two-way deal after they extended him an offer in restricted free agency. The 24-year-old appeared in just nine regular-season games for Atlanta in his rookie season, averaging 1.6 points and 0.8 rebounds across 5.8 minutes per game. Lundy recently underwent surgery to remove a bone spur, but he is expected to return to action for training camp in the fall.

  • Hawks' Seth Lundy: Out for Summer League

Lundy (ankle) recently underwent surgery to remove a bone spur and has been ruled out for Summer League, Lauren L. Williams of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. Lundy dealt with a lingering ankle issue throughout the 2023-24 campaign, so the surgery should have him right for 2024-25. Williams relays that Lundy is expected to be back to full strength by training camp, but the 2023 second-round pick isn't guaranteed an NBA role after appearing in only nine regular-season games for the Hawks as a rookie.

  • Hawks' Seth Lundy: Won't play Friday

Lundy (ankle) is out for Friday's game against the Timberwolves, Lauren L. Williams of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. Lundy continues to deal with a left medial ankle impingement, but he likely wouldn't have been much of a factor in the rotation Friday even if he was available. The two-way player will have one more chance to play this season in Sunday's game against the Pacers.

  • Hawks' Seth Lundy: Out again Tuesday

Lundy (ankle) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Heat. Lundy will miss a second straight game due to left ankle soreness. However, he hasn't appeared in an NBA game since Jan. 24, so his absence shouldn't impact the Hawks' rotation.

  • Hawks' Seth Lundy: Listed inactive for Monday

Lundy (back) is inactive for Monday's game against the Celtics, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports. Lundy looked to be on track to suit up for Monday's contest after being recalled from the G League's College Park Skyhawks earlier in the day, but even with seven other Hawks players sitting out due to injury, the rookie won't suit up. The Hawks' decision to keep Lundy inactive likely suggests that he hasn't fully recovered from the back issue that has kept him from playing at the NBA and the G League level since Feb. 24.

  • Hawks' Seth Lundy: Transferred to NBA club

The Hawks recalled Lundy (back) from the G League's College Park Skyhawks on Monday, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports. Lundy has been sidelined for just over a month due to a back issue. His elevation appears to be a sign of progress, but it's unclear if he'll be available for Monday's game against the Celtics.

  • Hawks' Seth Lundy: Remains out for G League club

Lundy (back) was inactive Sunday in the G League College Park Skyhawks' 96-91 loss to the Sioux Falls Skyforce due to a back injury. The two-way player hasn't played for Atlanta or College Park since Feb. 24 due to the back injury. The Hawks haven't offered up a timeline for when Lundy might be ready to play in games, but once he's fully cleared, he'll most likely be suiting up for College Park rather than the NBA team.

  • Hawks' Seth Lundy: Remains out

Lundy (back) didn't play in Friday's G League 120-112 overtime loss to Osceola. Lundy has been bothered by a back injury for quite some time and has yet to see the court during the current month. His status is day-to-day, but it wouldn't be shocking if he's forced to miss a few more games before being able to return.

  • Hawks' Seth Lundy: Remains out

Lundy (ankle) has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Wizards, Lauren L. Williams of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. Lundy is set to miss a second straight game after sitting out Friday's game against the Kings. He's made just four appearances with Atlanta this season and has logged double-digit minutes just once, so his absence won't affect many fantasy decisions. His next chance to play will come against the Thunder next Wednesday.

  • Hawks' Seth Lundy: Tabbed day-to-day

Lundy (ankle) is considered day-to-day, Lauren L. Williams of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. He'll have until Friday to rest up before Atlanta takes on the Kings.

Atlanta recalled Lundy from the G League's College Park Skyhawks on Saturday. The rookie has appeared in just two games at the NBA level so far this season.

  • Hawks' Seth Lundy: Recalled to NBA

Atlanta recalled Lundy from the G League's College Park Skyhawks on Monday, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports. Lundy, a rookie second-round pick, has yet to make his NBA regular-season debut. The Hawks are still without Jalen Johnson (wrist), and De'Andre Hunter (quadriceps) may be sidelined, but Lundy likely won't see playing time versus Denver on Monday, barring a blowout.
