Tubelis signed a two-way contract with Philadelphia on Thursday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
Tubelis spent three collegiate seasons at Arizona but wasn't selected in Thursday's draft. The 21-year-old is an athletic player but can be a defensive liability.
