There is something a little bit different about playing a divisional opponent in the NFL. The fans seem a little more hyped up, there is usually more on the line and sometimes the players are more chippy as well. There is also another level of trolling that comes with a divisional matchup, as we saw on Sunday with the game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Las Vegas Raiders.

In October of 2020, both teams met at Arrowhead Stadium and the Raiders ended up on top with a 40-32 win. As part of celebrating the victory, the Raiders deliberately drove around the stadium in their team buses, making it known that they were the victors.

The Chiefs did not forget about that and they were patient in getting their revenge.

Following the Chiefs' 48-9 blowout win on Sunday, the team played "The Wheels on the Bus" through the speakers at their stadium.

Definitely not the typical stadium song, but it works.

After the Raiders paraded around last season, Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said, "They won the game, so they can do anything they want to do. That's not our style."

The Chiefs improved to 9-4 with the win over the Raiders to remain in first place in the division. The Raiders are at 6-7 and are in last place in the tight AFC West race.
