After avoiding the injury report Wednesday, Moton didn't practice Thursday and logged a limited session Friday. However, the veteran has shaken off a questionable designation and will assume his usual spot as the Panthers' starting right tackle. Moton didn't miss an offensive snap in Week 1.

Moton agreed Wednesday to restructure his contract with the Panthers, David Newton of ESPN.com reports.
Moton was scheduled to count for more than $25 million toward the Panthers' salary cap in 2023. The details of his reworked deal are still unknown, but it's likely to provide Carolina with a good amount of salary relief. Moton is expected to remain the team's starting right tackle next season.
