The Buccaneers worked out Ozougwu on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Ozougwu was last let go by Tampa Bay in August with an injury settlement, but his recent workout with the team suggests he's moved past his unspecified issue. He'll now wait for another opportunity to make his NFL debut.

JoJo Ozougwu: Reaches injury settlement
Ozougwu (undisclosed) was waived from injured reserve by the Buccaneers with an injury settlement Sunday, Luke Easterling of USA Today reports.
Ozougwu reverted to the Buccaneers' IR this week after going unclaimed on waivers, but he'll be free to seek out other opportunities. The nature and severity of his injury aren't yet known, but he'll be eligible to return in 2022 once his injury settlement runs its course.

Buccaneers' JoJo Ozougwu: Reverts to IR
Ozougwu (undisclosed) cleared waivers and reverted to Tampa Bay's injured reserve Wednesday, per the NFL's official transaction log.
Ozougwu was waived with an injury designation Tuesday but will remain with the Bucs after passing through waivers unclaimed. The UDFA out of Arkansas State has yet to make his NFL debut.

The extent of the injury remains unclear. However, he'll revert to Tampa Bay's injured reserve list if he clears waivers, which -- barring an injury settlement -- will end his 2022 campaign.
