The Texans waived Woodson-Luster (ankle) from injured reserve Tuesday, freelance NFL writer Howard Balzer reports.
Woodson-Luster was waived/injured by the Texans during final roster cuts. He ultimately went unclaimed and reverted to their IR. Now that both parties have come to terms on an injury settlement, he will be able to find a new destination once his health allows it.

Woodson-Luster was waived by the Browns last week but didn't have to wait long before finding a new team. The 23-year-old has 12 tackles (six solo) over 18 career games between the Raiders and Browns, and saw most of his time on special teams.

Woodson-Luster played in four games with Cleveland last year, racking up 42 snaps on special teams and turning in one tackle. As a free agent, he now will be looking to play with his third team in three years after playing as a rookie with Oakland.
