  • Football Team's Torry McTyer: Tears ACL, out for season

McTyer tore his ACL during Sunday's contest against the Falcons and will miss the rest of the season, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. McTyer was competing for the nickel corner spot throughout camp, but he ultimately lost the job and reverted to a reserve role. With Benjamin St-Juste (concussion) unavailable, the 26-year-old saw his first extended action of the season in Week 4. If St-Juste is still sidelined for Week 5, then Darryl Roberts and Troy Apke will be the most likely candidates to step up.

  • Dolphins' Torry McTyer: Questionable to return Sunday

McTyer is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Bills due to a concussion. McTyer left the field during the first half after sustaining a head injury. With T.J. McDonald (ankle) and Xavien Howard (knee) both inactive Week 17, if McTyer is unable to retake the field, it will be a blow for Miami's secondary.
