The Steelers have reached an injury settlement with Meadors (undisclosed), who had been on injured reserve.
Meadors reverted to injured reserve earlier this month but will now be a free agent after reaching the settlement. The 27-year-old who's not appeared in an NFL game since 2020, will now look to get healthy and catch on with another team.

Meadors spent time with the Browns' practice squad in 2021 and 2022 and has been with several organizations since blipping the NFL radar in 2019. The report indicates Meadors will compete for a job at safety with D'Anthony Bell and Ronnie Hickman.
