The Chargers signed Crawford to their practice squad Wednesday.
Crawford was waived by the Giants with an undisclosed non-football injury designation at the beginning of November, but he appears to have moved past the issue and will get a new opportunity with the Chargers. The undrafted defensive tackle out of North Carolina has played in only one NFL game, which came in 2020 with the Ravens.

Crawford was waived ahead of last regular season with an undisclosed injury, but he reverted to the team's injured reserve list after passing through waivers unclaimed. The 24-year-old will now likely compete with Isaiah Mack and Rayshad Nichols for a backup role along Baltimore's defensive line.
