Autry had one tackle while playing 41 of the defense's 56 snaps in Sunday's loss to the Bengals.
Autry had two QB hurries according to Pro Football Focus as he was one of the top three defensive ends in the rotation.
Autry (leg) is not listed on Tuesday's injury report.
Autry was battling a lower-leg issue earlier during the preseason, but it wasn't expected to be of much concern. Tuesday's injury report confirms that notion and the fifth-year defensive tackle shouldn't be in any danger of missing the regular-season opener with his new team.
The good news is the Colts don't appear to be too concerned with Autry's ailment. By all accounts, Indianapolis is playing it safe and ensuring that Autry avoids an immediate setbacks. The primary focus is to make sure Autry is available for the regular season. Don't be surprised if the Colts shut him down for the remainder of the preseason as a precautionary measure.
Autry served as a rotational defensive lineman for the Raiders at both end and tackle last season, notching 36 tackles (23 solo) and a career-high 5.0 sacks. He may have an opportunity to compete for a starting role with the Colts, but he should serve as a rotational player at a minimum again in 2018.
Autry (hand) is listed as active for Monday's game in Philadelphia.
Autry was originally considered questionable to play with a hand injury that's been nagging him the past few weeks. The fourth-year defensive has been especially productive of late, having totaled 10 tackles, three sacks and three defended passes over his last four outings.
