Lamm sustained a concussion during Sunday's win over the Browns and appears to be progressing well in his recovery. The starting right tackle may yet have to be cleared by an independent neurologist before officially clearing the league-mandated concussion protocol, but Lamm should have little issue doing so in time to suit up for Sunday's tilt against the Colts.
Lamm will now need to clear the league-mandated concussion protocol before retaking the field, putting his status for Week 14 in doubt. When the Texans resume practicing Wednesday, the extent of Lamm's participation will warrant monitoring.

Lamm was inserted as the starter for Julie'n Davenport in Week 4's matchup against the Colts but left in overtime after sustaining a shoulder injury. His shoulder no longer appears to be an issue, and he should be ready to go versus the Cowboys on Sunday night.
Lamm started at right tackle and eventually left Houston's Week 4 win over Indianapolis with a sore shoulder, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Lamm was promoted to the starting lineup ahead of Julie'n Davenport, who's been whistled for eight penalties through the first three games. Davenport entered the game during overtime when Lamm sustained his injury.
