Kent Jackson leads North Florida to 71-63 win over Cal Baptist
RIVERSIDE, Calif. (AP) Kent Jackson had 15 points in North Florida Ospreys’s 71-63 win over Cal Baptist on Tuesday, the season opener for both teams.
Jackson shot 4 for 15 from the field, including 2 for 10 from 3-point range, and went 5 for 6 from the line for the Ospreys. Mason Watkins scored 13 points and added seven rebounds. Hedrens Bartelus had 12 points and shot 5 for 8 from the field.
Jordan Muller led the Lancers with 15 points. Cal Baptist also got 13 points and two steals from Terry Coner Jr. Jonas Zilinskas finished with eight points.

Both teams play Friday. North Florida visits UCLA, and Cal Baptist plays at Oregon State.
