In a win over Alabama on Feb. 19, he had 18 points, eight rebounds, and two steals. He's now recorded at least two steals in four of his last five contests.

Sophomore guard Matthew Murrell is logging 11.2 points and 2.9 rebounds per game while being a reliable 3-point option. He is connecting on 38 percent of his attempts from three. Murrell has scored at least 14 points in 11 games so far. In the loss to Texas A&M, the Tennessee native had 20 points and shot 6-for-10 from the field. He also knocked down two 3-pointers.

Senior guard Jarkel Joiner is another offensive playmaker in the backcourt for Ole Miss. Joiner is averaging a team-high 14.2 points, three rebounds and 2.4 assists.
