LOOK: Florida trolls Tennessee's checkerboard with blue stadium map
Tennessee 'checkerboarded' Neyland Stadium when Florida came calling in 2014. The Gators' Twitter feed got in a sharp jab on the Vols over it Monday.
In 2014, Tennessee welcomed Florida by trying something new: assigning either orange or white to each alternating section of Neyland Stadium and asking the fans to dress appropriately for their section, thus "checkerboarding" the stadium.
As an alternative to the well-worn concept of color-outs, it was -- in fairness -- pretty damn spectacular. But alas, the Vols lost 10-9 to the Gators, meaning Florida's Twitter account was entitled and then some to take the following jab at the Vols' color-assigning stadium maps before Butch Jones' team comes to Gainesville for a "blue-out" Saturday:

Suffice it to say that if the Gators play the Vols as well as their Twitter account trolls the Vols, they'll come away with an 11th straight victory in the series. Well-played, gentlemen.
Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ET Saturday on CBS. The Gators are currently 2-point home favorites.
