Cowboys' Ryan Flournoy: Five catches in defeat
Flournoy caught five of seven targets for 68 yards in Sunday's 34-17 loss to the Giants.
Flournoy was able to pace the team in catches and receiving yards as Dallas opted to rest starters CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens, amongst others, after the early moments of the contest. Flournoy finished his second season in Dallas reeling in 40 of 56 targets for 475 yards and four touchdowns while adding 25 yards on four carries over 16 regular-season contests. With Pickens potentially set to become a free agent this offseason, Flournoy could step into a more substantial role next season behind Lamb in the Cowboys' offense.

Cowboys' Ryan Flournoy: Upgrades to full practice
Flournoy (knee) was a full participant in Thursday's practice.
Flournoy was limited in practice Wednesday after having missed Week 17 due to a knee injury, but it appears he's ready to go for Dallas' season finale against the Giants on Sunday. Across 15 regular-season appearances, the second-year pro has secured 35 of 49 targets for 407 yards and four touchdowns. He's also logged four carries for 25 rushing yards.

Cowboys' Ryan Flournoy: Limited Wednesday
Flournoy (knee) practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
Flournoy wasn't able to play last Thursday in Washington on a short week after he sprained his right knee Week 16 against the Chargers. By kicking off this week with a capped session, he appears to have a chance to return to action Sunday at the Giants, but his status will be monitored as the week continues to get a sense of his odds to play in the Cowboys' regular-season finale.

Cowboys' Ryan Flournoy: Inactive on Christmas
Flournoy (knee) is listed as inactive Thursday at Washington, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
Flournoy was forced out of this past Sunday's loss to the Chargers in the first half due to a knee injury and wasn't able to return. He proceeded to be limited at Monday's walkthrough, but a lack of on-field work Tuesday and Wednesday seemingly forecast his imminent inactive status. With Flournoy out Week 17, KaVontae Turpin, Jonathan Mingo and Jalen Tolbert will be the tertiary wide receivers behind starters CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens. Next up for Flournoy is a Week 18 road matchup with the Giants.

Cowboys' Ryan Flournoy: Setback at practice
Flournoy (knee) was listed as a non-participant in Tuesday's practice, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
Dallas had deemed Flournoy a limited participant for Monday's walk-through session, but the wideout may have suffered a setback in that workout that prompted the team to hold him out for Tuesday's practice. Flournoy was still present at the Cowboys' facility Tuesday, though he was relegated to rehabbing off to the side and was sporting a brace on his right knee, per Todd Archer of ESPN.com. He'll have one more chance to practice this week before the Cowboys decide whether he'll take a designation into Thursday's game at Washington.

Cowboys' Ryan Flournoy: Questionable for Thursday
Flournoy (knee) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game in Washington, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
Flournoy wasn't able to return to this past Sunday's game against the Chargers following a hit on which opposing linebacker Denzel Perryman was penalized for unnecessary roughness. The wide receiver was diagnosed with a sprained right knee afterward, and he followed an LP/DNP/DNP practice regimen since then, indicating that he may be more likely to sit out Week 17 than suit up. Ultimately, Flournoy's status will be confirmed about 90 minutes before Thursday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Cowboys' Ryan Flournoy: Limited to begin Week 17 prep
Flournoy (knee) was estimated as a limited participant on Monday's injury report, Nick Harris of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.
Flournoy was forced out of Dallas' loss to the Chargers in Week 16 due to an illegal hit by Denzel Perryman, for which the opposing linebacker has been suspended two games. It's encouraging to see Flournoy already evidently healthy enough to be listed as handling limited practice reps, though the Cowboys only held a walkthrough Monday. For his part, the wideout indicated that he's going to try to play Thursday against the Commanders, Joe Hoyt of The Dallas Morning News notes, but chances are, Flournoy will approach the contest with an injury designation.

Cowboys' Ryan Flournoy: Won't return Sunday
Flournoy (knee) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game versus the Chargers, Joe Hoyt of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Flournoy caught two passes for 18 yards and a touchdown before sustaining a knee injury on a hard hit in the first half. The 26-year-old came into Week 16 with 33 catches (on 47 targets) for 406 yards and three touchdowns over 14 games. In his absence, the Cowboys will have four available wide receivers in CeeDee Lamb, George Pickens, KaVontae Turpin and Jonathan Mingo. Flournoy will have a short time to recover before Dallas' Week 16 contest versus the Commanders on Christmas Day.

Cowboys' Ryan Flournoy: Hurts knee in Week 16
Flournoy sustained a knee injury during Sunday's game against the Chargers, AllDLLS.com reports.
Flournoy was on the receiving end of a big hit from the Chargers' Denzel Perryman at the end of a 13-yard catch that resulted in the linebacker being flagged for unnecessary roughness. Prior to his exit in the second quarter, Flournoy hauled in both of his targets for 18 yards and one touchdown.

Cowboys' Ryan Flournoy: Four grabs in Sunday's loss
Flournoy caught four of five targets for 40 yards in Sunday's 34-26 loss to the Vikings.
The four grabs and 40 yards wound up second on the Cowboys behind CeeDee Lamb's 6-111-0 line. Flournoy has caught at least three passes in three straight games, putting together a 16-189-1 line on 21 targets over that stretch, but as long as both Lamb and George Pickens are healthy, the second-year wideout will be a risky fantasy option.

Cowboys' Ryan Flournoy: Benefits from Lamb absence
Flournoy secured nine of 13 targets for 115 yards and a touchdown in the Cowboys' 44-30 loss to the Lions on Thursday night.
CeeDee Lamb's early third-quarter exit due to a concussion and a game script that led to 47 pass attempts for Dak Prescott conspired to afford Flournoy ample opportunity the second-year wideout took full advantage of. Flournoy finished with career highs in receptions, receiving yards and targets, while also setting the pace in the first and third categories for the Cowboys on the night. Flournoy was also on the receiving end of Prescott's one touchdown pass, recording a 42-yard scoring grab down the right side of the field in the fourth quarter. Flournoy now boasts a 29-349-3 line on the season heading into a Week 15 home matchup against the Vikings on Sunday night, Dec. 14 that he could play a starting role for if Lamb can't clear protocol in time.

Cowboys' Ryan Flournoy: Hauls in three passes vs. KC
Flournoy caught three passes on as many targets for 34 yards during the Cowboys' 31-28 win over the Chiefs on Thursday.
Two of Flournoy's three catches came during the Cowboys' first offensive drive of the second quarter, which helped lead to a 49-yard field goal from Brandon Aubrey. Flournoy's three receptions were his most since Week 6 against the Panthers, and his 27 snaps on offense were third most among Cowboys wide receivers behind CeeDee Lamb (58) and George Pickens (53) and ahead of KaVontae Turpin (26). Flournoy is up to 20 catches (on 29 targets) for 234 yards and two touchdowns across 12 regular-season games.

Cowboys' Ryan Flournoy: Blanked by Eagles
Flournoy failed to secure his lone target in Sunday's 24-21 win over the Eagles.
Flournoy was a complete nonfactor in Week 13 after finding the end zone in back-to-back weeks. The 26-year-old wideout was held without a catch for the first time since Week 7 while playing 45 percent of the Cowboys' offensive snaps. With fellow wide receivers CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens dominating the Cowboys' target share, Flournoy will continue to find it difficult to produce consistently, making him hard to trust for fantasy purposes. The Southeast Missouri State product will look to bounce back in Week 13 when the Cowboys host the Chiefs on Thanksgiving Day.

Cowboys' Ryan Flournoy: Scores in second straight game
Flournoy hauled in his lone target for a two-yard touchdown in Monday's 33-16 win over the Raiders.
Though he finished with his second-lowest yardage output since Week 3, Flournoy was able to find paydirt on his lone target for quarterback Dak Prescott's fourth and final passing score of the night. Flournoy drew a start while CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens were benched for the opening drive in a coach's decision, but Lamb and Pickens still ended up handily leading Dallas receivers in playing time. The 26-year-old took the field for 29 of the Cowboys' 67 offensive snaps, with his 43 percent share narrowly placing him ahead of KaVontae Turpin (34 percent) for third among wideouts.
