Albert Almora: Let go by Cincinnati

Almora was released by the Reds on Monday.

Almora was designated for assignment Friday and will ultimately be let go by the Reds after clearing waivers. The 28-year-old appeared in 64 games for Cincinnati this year and slashed .223/.282/.349 with five home runs, 29 RBI, 26 runs and three stolen bases.
