Adell isn't in the Angels' lineup for Wednesday's game versus St. Louis, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.
Adell will sit out the series finale after going 1-for-7 with a run scored and two strikeouts through the first two games. While he rests, Kevin Pillar will fill the open spot in right field while batting fifth.
