Angels' John Lamb: Outrighted from 40-man roster

Lamb (elbow) was outrighted to Triple-A Salt Lake on Thursday.

Lamb cleared waivers and was removed from the club's 40-man roster. He only managed to pitch in three big-league games this season before going down with an elbow injury that required Tommy John surgery. Lamb is expected to miss a majority of the 2019 campaign while recovering.
