Tauchman isn't in the Cubs' lineup for Tuesday's game against the Rockies, Andy Martinez of Marquee Sports Network reports.
The lefty-hitting Tauchman will begin Tuesday's game in the dugout as the Rockies send southpaw Kyle Freeland to the mound. Seiya Suzuki will start in right field while Christopher Morel serves as the DH.
