Dodgers' Ryan Sherriff: Inks minors deal with LAD

Sherriff signed a minor-league contract Tuesday with the Dodgers, Alex Freedman of the OKC Dodgers reports.

Sherriff elected to become a free agent after being pushed off the 40-man roster in Boston earlier this month and has now found a new home in the Dodgers organization. He'll be available out of the Triple-A Oklahoma City bullpen Tuesday night in Reno.
