Miller was sent to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Friday.
Miller was designated for assignment by Los Angeles on Wednesday and he has now been outrighted to Triple-A. The right-hander has produced a 4.70 ERA and 1.24 WHIP over 15.1 innings in 10 appearances between the Dodgers, Brewers and Mets this season.
