Edubray Ramos: Becomes free agent

Ramos refused an outright assignment to the minors Monday and became a free agent.

Ramos struggled with injury and underperformance in 2019, finishing the year with a 5.40 ERA in 15.0 innings of work. With a career 3.71 ERA and still just 26 years old, Ramos should find a handful of suitors this offseason.
