Giants' Bryce Johnson: Called up as 27th man

The Giants recalled Johnson from Triple-A Sacramento on Tuesday to serve as the team's 27th man.

With Monday's game against the Reds spilling into Tuesday, the Giants will get to bring up Johnson for Tuesday's regularly scheduled contest. Johnson holds just a .485 OPS in the majors this season and will almost certainly return to Triple-A after the game is over.
