Proctor was outrighted to Triple-A Sacramento on Wednesday.
Proctor spent the final few days of the regular season in the majors and went 2-for-18 with a homer, six RBI and three runs over seven games with the Giants. However, he'll lose his spot on the 40-man roster now that the offseason is underway.
