Proctor was added to the Rays' 40-man roster Friday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Proctor, who turns 25 in a couple weeks, can play all over the infield and logged a 127 wRC+ at Double-A last season. He can do a little bit of everything, but is most likely a utility infielder, especially in this organization.
