Conforto is not in the starting lineup Wednesday against St. Louis, John Denton of MLB.com reports.
Conforto will take a seat after he went 4-for-6 with a double, three RBI and a run scored in Tuesday's 11-3 victory. Mike Yastrzemski will slide over to right field while Luis Matos makes his MLB debut in center field and bats second versus the Cardinals.
