Watson (shoulder) is hoping to be healthy enough to be considered for the the NLCS roster, Andrew Baggarly of The Athletic reports.
Watson was placed on the 10-day injured list before the regular season came to an end due to a left shoulder strain. The southpaw is hopeful he can return to full strength within the next week or so, but he also noted that "it's coming up fast," per Baggarly. Watson would likely be re-evaluated prior to the NLCS, assuming his team advances past the Dodgers in the NLDS.
