Marlins' Bryan Mitchell: Inks minor-league deal

Mitchell signed a minor-league contract with the Marlins on Thursday.

Mitchell was let go by the Phillies on July 22, but he landed another minor-league deal a week later. The right-hander hasn't appeared in the majors since 2018, and he'll serve as organizational depth at Triple-A Jacksonville.
