Marlins' Jake Fishman: Moves up to majors

Fishman's contract was selected from Triple-A Jacksonville on Saturday.

Fishman was sent to the minors in early August, and he posted a 2.79 ERA and 1.34 WHIP in 9.2 innings over six appearances following his demotion. However, he should serve as a multi-inning relief option in the Marlins' bullpen after Bryan Hoeing was sent down Saturday.
