Pham was removed during the first inning of Sunday's game at San Diego with an apparent injury, Tim Healey of Newsday reports.
The 35-year-old lined out to center field in the top of the first inning and appeared to suffer an injury while fielding a Ha-Seong Kim single in the bottom of the frame. Pham should be considered day-to-day until more information is available.
