Beltre has announced his retirement from professional baseball, Matt Kardos of MLB.com reports.
Beltre retires after playing 672 minor-league games with three different organizations. The 29-year-old reached Triple-A with Scranton/Wilkes-Barre in 2022 for 22 games, but he never got a chance to play in the majors.
