Nationals' Ryan Raburn: Transferred to 60-day DL

Raburn (back) was transferred to the 60-day DL on Tuesday, Mark Zuckerman of MASNsports.com reports.

With Trea Turner (wrist) coming off the 60-day DL, the Nationals needed to clear a spot on the 40-man roster. Raburn will be unable to come off the DL until Sept. 21 at the earliest, so it seems like a long shot that he would get back into the flow of things in time to be included on the postseason roster.
