Mancini is out of the lineup for a second consecutive game due to a right hand injury, but he recently underwent X-rays that came back negative and doesn't expect to require a trip to the injured list. Cedric Mullins will serve as the designated hitter while Ryan McKenna enters the lineup in center field Wednesday.
