Padres' Rangel Ravelo: Reassigned to MiLB camp

Ravelo was reassigned to minor-league camp by the Padres on Friday.

The 30-year-old first baseman slashed .276/.405/.448 in the spring and will return to Triple-A, where he boasted a 1.262 OPS in 2021. If Ravelo can maintain a similar level of success in the minors, there's a solid chance he returns to the big leagues at some point this season.
