Marsh isn't in the Phillies' lineup for Thursday's game against the Nationals, Alex Coffey of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
The Nats will send out left-hander Mitchell Parker to start Thursday's contest, so the left-handed-hitting Marsh will step out of the starting nine. While he rests, Weston Wilson, Johan Rojas and Nick Castellanos will start across the outfield.
