Rangers' Leody Taveras: Hitless since recall

Taveras went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts in Wednesday's 7-2 loss to Cleveland.

Taveras was recalled from Triple-A Round Rock on Tuesday and started both games since rejoining the Rangers. He's 0-for-9 with four strikeouts in the two games. Including his stint with the Rangers to start the season, Taveras is hitless with 11 strikeouts over his last 21 at-bats. That should not deter Texas from giving him regular at-bats over the final weeks of the season, but he is unlikely to help fantasy managers.
