Rangers' Nick Goody: Blown up in loss

Goody (0-2) allowed three runs on three hits while making it through just one-third of an inning Wednesday, as the Rangers fell to the Diamondbacks 7-3.

Making his 17th appearance of the year, Goody ballooned his ERA to 9.00. Three runs represented his highest total given up this season. He also permitted a home run for the first time in his last seven appearances.
